Who This Is Ideal For
Our PBS Systems Support & Analysis service provides organisations with MSc-level BCBAs and UKBA(cert) consultants to oversee and manage your Positive Behaviour Support systems.
We offer a hybrid approach, acting as your remote PBS office with weekly Zoom meetings for senior management, team leaders, and staff to ensure ongoing support. We also train staff to collect accurate data on incidents, ensuring that the PBS system is data-driven and effective.
Ongoing PBS Management
We dedicate 30 hours a month for consulting and 10 hours a month to visit your organisation, conducting assessments, observing practices and providing on-the-job training. In addition, we review incident reports, records, and support plans, interview key people, and conduct in-person and recorded observations weekly. This ensures continuous monitoring and adjustments to PBS strategies as needed.
On-Site Support
We develop and implement PBS plans, training, supervise and mentor staff. We also produce PBS policies and practice documents. Our system support ensures organisations maintain high standards, without the financial burden of employing an in-house MSc-level PBS team
Ongoing Development of Key PBS Resources
We provide timely, ongoing assessments and recommendations based on observations, thorough reviews and data analysis to help improve PBS strategies and outcomes. Additional services such as Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBAs), bespoke training, PBSP reviews and detailed reports are also included to enhance the overall support system.
