PBS Systems Support & Analysis

Our PBS Systems Support & Analysis service provides organisations with MSc-level BCBAs and UKBA(cert) consultants to oversee and manage your Positive Behaviour Support systems. We offer a hybrid approach, acting as your PBS office through Daily/weekly behavioural incident reviews with recommendations, Functional Behaviour Assessments, training for PBS implementation (twilight hours included), tailored and person-centred PBS plans, individualised skill building strategies, co-produces plans with our network of Speech and Language Therapists and Occupational Therapist, staff development meetings tailored for senior management, teachers, and staff.

Additionally, we provide 10 hours of on-site support/in-situ training each month to ensure hands-on guidance and system effectiveness. This blend of expert remote and in-person support ensures your team is fully equipped to deliver best-practice behaviour support at a fraction of the cost.
